Participants in the Bluffton Halloween Golf Cart Parade are encouraged to transform their carts with a spooky Halloween flair, as prizes will be presented to the top three best-decorated golf carts. Entries will be evaluated based on decoration, creativity, spirit, team participation, and cart presentation. Golf carts must be pre-registered to partake in the parade.
Following the parade, winners will be announced at the Block Party. ALL entries MUST feature a Halloween theme. Please note that this is an electric golf cart event only, and no other vehicles will be permitted.

Check-in will be in the parking lot behind the Bluffton Town Hall, starting at 2 p.m. Golf carts will parade down Bridge Street from the Town Hall to Calhoun Street to Martin Family Park. Golf Cart Parade PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!! There will NOT be day-of registration. All golf carts must be pre-registered to participate in the parade.
Please Note: Golf cart parade will be monitored by the Bluffton Police Department. No open alcohol will be permitted on the parade route during the parade.
